A deep pockets conglomerate of abortion groups including Planned Parenthood, NARAL Pro-Choice Nevada, and the ACLU of Nevada have filed a petition with the state of Nevada to make abortion a fundamental right on a level with free speech and religious liberty.
It would allow abortion throughout all nine months of pregnancy.
Despite its language that the state can regulate abortion after 24 weeks, there is an exception for the physical and mental health (including depression, anxiety and more) at the discretion of the abortionist.
This would likely create an abortion regime allowing all abortions throughout all nine months, bankrolled by you the taxpayer, with no parental involvement, and no safety and health standards.
Bad for babies.
Bad for women.
Great for abortionists, abusive partners, and predatory adults.
NBC News notes that “Putting an abortion question to voters could help boost Democratic turnout in Nevada, a battleground state, by tapping into the fervor around the issue.” This means they are trying to win elections by trampling on the corpses of aborted children.
