A pro-life organization, a Republican lawmaker and a random homeowner were targets of pro-abortion vandals Wednesday in Michigan, following similar crimes against two other pro-life pregnancy centers earlier this week.
U.S. Rep. Tim Walberg, a pro-life Republican, published photos on Facebook showing pro-abortion graffiti and broken windows at his office and that of Jackson Right to Life in Jackson, near Ann Arbor.
“Last night, our office and Jackson Right to Life were attacked by a radical left pro-abortion group,” Walberg said. “Just a few days ago, I posted about the disgusting trend of radicals vandalizing pregnancy centers. Now, we were targeted …”
The photos show several windows and the glass front door were broken and the words “Jane’s revenge” were spray-painted on the pro-life organization’s sign.
According to Jackson Right to Life, a neighboring homeowner’s property also was spray-painted with pro-abortion graffiti, including the misspelled threat “If abortion isn’t safe niether r u!” and “Jane’s revenge.”

The pro-life organization said it suspects the vandals got their address wrong and targeted their neighbor by mistake.
“It is a sad state of affairs that such a group uses acts of domestic terrorism and hate crimes to intimidate and threaten those who do not agree with them,” Jackson Right to Life told supporters in an email. “Be assured that we pray fervently for those who oppose us, even in violent ways, but will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.”
The pro-life organization educates people about the value of human life from the moment of conception and encourages people to become involved in the work to end abortions. To donate or learn more, visit JacksonforLife.org.
Both Walberg and the pro-life organization urged federal authorities to investigate and condemn the growing terrorism against pro-lifers in the U.S. They promised that these crimes will not deter them from their mission to protect babies in the womb.
“This wave of violence across the country against pro-life organizations and individuals has got to stop,” Walberg said.
Two other pro-life pregnancy centers in Michigan also were vandalized this week, and dozens more across the country have been targets of arson, vandalism and threats since May when a leaked draft ruling showed the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade.
The lack of wide-spread condemnation from pro-abortion Democrats has raised concerns. After news broke about the first two vandalisms, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, a pro-abortion Democrat, told abortion activists to “fight like hell” to “protect abortion rights” in a post on Twitter.
Right to Life of Michigan pointed out Wednesday that Whitmer has not condemned the string of politically-motivated vandalisms.
Republican state attorneys general and federal lawmakers have been urging the Biden administration to crack down on these attacks, labeling them as domestic terrorism.
Since May, five pro-life offices have been targets of arson and dozens of pro-life organizations and churches have been vandalized. Earlier this month, an alleged assassin with a gun was arrested outside the home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh after the man said he planned to kill the justice, according to police.
The Supreme Court is expected to release its final ruling on the Mississippi abortion case Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health any day now.
According to Axios, a recent report from the Department of Homeland Security warned that radical abortion activists may burn down or storm the Supreme Court building and murder justices and their law clerks if the court overturns Roe. The report indicates these pro-abortion extremists also plan to target churches and other places of worship.
