A pro-abortion Pennsylvania state lawmaker recently proposed a nonsense forced vasectomy bill that makes a false comparison between the sterilization procedure and the act of killing a unique, living human child in an abortion.
The Epoch Times reports state Rep. Christopher Rabb, D-Philadelphia, announced plans to introduce the bill in an official memo earlier this month. The legislation would force all men, or “inseminators,” “to undergo vasectomies within six weeks from having their third child or 40th birthday, whichever comes first.”
Rabb made no secret of the fact that his bill is a “parody” of the Texas heartbeat law, which is saving as many as 100 babies from abortion violence every day.
Mocking the private enforcement mechanism in the Texas law, his bill would allow women “to take civil action for unwanted pregnancies against inseminators who wrongfully conceive a child with them” and create a $10,000 reward “for reporting to the proper authorities those scofflaws who have not complied with this statute within the allotted time frame,” according to the report.
The Epoch Times pointed out that Rabb’s memo was full of “sexual double entendre” and he refused to comment on his choice of language.
“My public memo summarizes a parody bill that I will be introducing in order to raise awareness about how government wrongfully infringes on the personal liberty of women and their bodily autonomy,” Rabb told the news outlet.

He also lamented that “meaningful dialogue” on the issue is rare.
But Mike Straub, a spokesman for Republican House Speaker Rep. Bryan Cutler, told the news outlet that Rabb’s bill shows the opposite intent.
“Rep. Rabb is not interested in actually trying to work together towards solving issues facing the Commonwealth,” Straub said.
Republicans control the Pennsylvania legislature, and Straub said Rabb’s bill does not have any chance of passing.
The bill is a pro-abortion publicity stunt, but it reveals how abortion supporters refuse to recognize the basic, scientific differences between abortion and all other “reproductive rights” and health care issues. Birth control and sterilization prevent a human life from coming into existence, and health care heals problems with the body and relieves pain. Abortions do not do any of that; their purpose is to kill, nothing more.
The purpose of an abortion is to directly, intentionally kill a child in the womb. Scientifically, it is well accepted that a unique, living human being with his/her own DNA comes into existence at the moment of conception; the baby’s sex, eye and hair colors and other traits already have been determined. His/her DNA is unlike any other human being’s who ever existed or ever will exist.
Abortions are not health care, and yet, since 1973, nearly 63 million unborn babies have been killed in abortions.
